Employee Compensation Reports

Audit Intelligence Suite – Employee Compensation Report

The IIA’s Internal Audit Compensation Study was integrated into the Audit Intelligence Suites (AIS) Benchmarking Questionnaire in 2018. The report summarizes pay practice information for organizations, presents relevant information to assist internal auditors and employers in assessing current pay practices, and allows them to properly plan for the future. The report also contains demographic information covering Revenue, Expense & Asset sizes, Employee sizes, industry breakdowns, organizational type, reach and structure, as well as those who have Sarbanes-Oxley applicability. You also have the ability to select the parameters in which you want the report to focus on, thus ensuring it is comparing you to other organizations in your peer group.

The IIA is reimagining our products and services to better meet our members’ needs and prepare the internal audit profession for the future. As a result, we will be discontinuing our support of the current version of Audit Intelligence Suite (AIS).

While we are developing new, dynamic tools for the future, our most highly requested AIS Benchmarking and Employee Compensation Reports — filtered by major industry, revenue, expenses, assets, and audit staff size — will be available to Executive members to ease this transition, as a complimentary benefit of the Executive membership.

The 2021 AIS Benchmarking Report Suite is also available to purchase separately for non-Executive members.
