Booking Policy

A limited number of rooms are available at the ARIA Resort on a first-come, first-served basis at the special rate of $245 per night for single or double occupancy (plus tax and resort fee) for reservations made before Monday, February 21, 2022. Rooms must be booked prior to Monday, February 21, 2022, for this rate and are subject to availability. All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which must be supplied at the time of reservation.

The conference rate is applicable from Sunday, March 13, through Wednesday, March 16. For pre-conference nights, Friday, March 11, and Saturday, March 12, the guest room rate is $299 plus tax and resort fee per night.

Cancellation Policy: All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 a.m. only on the day after the attendee’s confirmed arrival date. The hotel allows individual attendees the right to cancel their guest room/suite reservations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the attendee’s scheduled arrival date.
